I had a decent overall experience at this hotel. It offers good value for the price, and I loved how close it is to Lippo Mall and various restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable but could use some improvements like accommodating international sockets and having a fridge. The staff were quite helpful, which added to the experience, but I was disappointed by some noise disturbances.

My experience at the Amaris was mixed. While the Front Desk Staff was excellent and accommodating, the rest of the hotel sadly didn't live up to expectations. The room was nicely decorated, but the issues with noise, internet connection, and dining options were significant drawbacks. After a week, I chose to move to another hotel, which made me a much happier guest.
